This wine features a brilliant nose of blackberry compote, boysenberry reduction, mountain flowers, cigar box, vanilla bean, and crushed herbs on the nose. The palate is perhaps the most concentrated and complete yet for this wine, with deep dark black currant, plum, violet, savory herbs, licorice root, and mocha powder. Due to its top fruit pedigree and heavy Cabernet component, this wine should age very well. Drink 2025-2040

Its vibrant ruby-garnet hue is matched by an enticing nose of spiced blackberries, dried sage, crushed raspberries, and notes of dark cocoa. On the palate, this wine impresses with its silky, medium to full-bodied texture, delivering layers of red currant, ripe plum, mocha, and hints of black tea. The tannins are wonderfully refined, lending structure without overwhelming the fruit-forward profile. Its finish is long and polished, accented by whispers of cedar and warm spices. Highly recommended

It has a deep purple hue to go with spicy, dried herbs, red plum, and chocolate-like aromas and flavors. This richly textured, medium to full-bodied blend has a great texture, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish.

The 2022 Passing Time 'Columbia Valley' Red Wine is a brilliant wine that is already neatly evolved at the three year mark. Sweet cassis, sandalwood, and pipe tobacco notes combine with chocolate and dense dark fruits on the palate. Soft and elegant, evoking a silky mouthfeel, enjoy now and over the next eight to ten years. Drink 2024-2032

The 2022 Columbia Valley Red Wine comes to life in the glass with an inviting collage of black currants and pencil lead, gravel dust and rubbed sage. This is pure seduction on the palate: soothingly round and supple textures host crisp red and black fruits, complemented by hints of inner sage. This leaves a web of fine tannins and blackberry concentration amidst a remarkably fresh finish

Passing Time's Red Wine is one of the great, heavy hitting luxury wines in Washington that, better still, comes at a reasonable tariff qiven the level of quality. This is another gorgeous example. The aromas are initially subdued, with notes of wheat, raspberry, cherry, and spice. Full-bodied, polished dark fruit and coffee flavors follow. It brings exceptional class. Best after 2027.
