This wine features a brilliant nose of blackberry compote, boysenberry reduction, mountain flowers, cigar box, vanilla bean, and crushed herbs on the nose.  The palate is perhaps the most concentrated and complete yet for this wine, with deep dark black currant, plum, violet, savory herbs, licorice root, and mocha powder.  Due to its top fruit pedigree and heavy Cabernet component, this wine should age very well.  Drink 2025-2040

Passing Time's Red Wine is one of the great, heavy hitting luxury wines in Washington that, better still, comes at a reasonable tariff qiven the level of quality. This is another gorgeous example. The aromas are initially subdued, with notes of wheat, raspberry, cherry, and spice. Full-bodied, polished dark fruit and coffee flavors follow. It brings exceptional class. Best after 2027.
